We want you and your dog to love your new bed. Below you'll find our 30-day return policy and our 1-year craftsmanship warranty.

Returns 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

Product Condition

• The returned product must be lightly used or in new condition.
• Lightly used means minimal signs of wear, free from significant stains, strong odors, or damage.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging if possible.
• Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Custom-sized beds and other custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. We cannot guarantee refunds for lost or damaged returns.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@waggingtailor.ca with your order details and reason for the return.
2. Ship the Item Back: Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item and ship it to the address we provide.
3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
