We want you and your dog to love your new bed and covers. That's why if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
Product Condition
- The returned product must be lightly used or in new condition.
- Lightly used means minimal signs of wear, free from significant stains, strong odors, or damage.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging if possible.
- Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. We cannot guarantee refunds for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
How to Return an Item

- Ship the Item Back: Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item and ship it to the address we provide.
- Receive Your Refund: After inspection, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
