Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Options

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax) within Canada.
Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 for orders under $150 within Canada.
Local Delivery (Ottawa Area): Enjoy free local delivery with no minimum order for customers in the Ottawa area.

Note: Remote locations (such as Nunavut, Yukon, and other distant regions) may not qualify for free shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply, and these locations will be flagged during checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your order through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer shipping within Canada only. We’re working to expand to international markets and will notify you once this option is available.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to certain remote locations outside the regular service zones of our carriers. These areas will be flagged at checkout.
Shipping delays may occur in some areas due to weather conditions, holidays, or customs regulations.
