If you are a first time buyer, you will need to purchase both a base bed and an outer cover as they are designed to work together. However if you already own one of our base beds, you can update the look of your bed by simply purchasing a new outer cover and fitting over the existing bed.

The outer cover protects the wool base from daily wear, keeping it in better condition longer. It's also removable for washing and interchangeable — so you can update the look of the bed to match your space or the season

While our covers are made from strong, high-quality materials, they are not specifically built to withstand heavy chewing. If your dog chews through the bed cover, you can always replace the cover without replacing the full bed.

Our wool is sourced from Canadian farmers who follow high standards of animal care. The sheep graze on pesticide- and herbicide-free pastures, and no dipping or bleaching is used, ensuring natural and sustainable quality.

Yes! If one of our standard sizes isn’t quite right for your dog or your space, we’re happy to create a custom-sized bed for you.

Some settling is normal with a natural wool fill. The good news — just unzip the base bed and use your fingers to tease the fibres apart and restore the loft. If your dog prefers a firmer, fuller bed, simply add one of our wool top-up packs

Absolutely. For puppies still working on house training, simply slip a puppy pad between the base bed and the outer cover. It sits hidden out of sight, protects the wool fill from accidents, and the outer cover goes straight in the wash when needed.

Very little! Because our beds are filled with natural wool, we recommend giving your dog’s bed a good fluff and shake from time to time. This helps redistribute the wool and keeps the bed comfortable and supportive.

Some settling is natural with use, so an occasional fluff will help restore the bed’s shape and loft.

Every bed is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days before your order ships. During busy periods like holidays or promotions, it may take a little longer. We publish our current order processing time on the banner at the top of our website.

Wherever possible, we ship with Canada Post Regular Parcel™, which includes tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. All order ship from Ottawa, ON.

Your bed will arrive vacuum compressed for safe, efficient shipping. Once unpacked, you may need to give the wool a gentle fluff by unzipping the base and teasing the fibres apart with your fingers — it will expand back to its full loft easily.

Our cover collections are thoughtfully curated and evolve with the seasons, so once a favourite sells out, it may not return in the same print. Contact us and we'll let you know if it's likely to come back — or point you toward something new that might be just as perfect for your dog.

We ship across Canada, with the exception of Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

We want you and your dog to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return lightly used beds or covers in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges for more information.

Yes — every bed comes with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects like seams coming apart, faulty stitching, or zipper issues. It doesn't cover chewing, normal wear and tear, or improper care. Please refer to our Warranty for more information.
