1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Every Wagging Tailor bed is handcrafted, and we stand behind our stitching. If your bed develops a defect in workmanship within 1 year of your purchase date, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What's Covered
- Seams coming apart
- Faulty or failing stitching
- Zipper defects (if applicable)
- Manufacturing defects in construction
What's Not Covered
- Damage from chewing, scratching, digging, or other pet-related destruction
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural compacting or settling of the wool filling over time (this is expected with a natural material, not a defect)
- Damage from improper washing or care (please follow our care instructions)
- Staining, odor, or damage from bodily fluids.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email hello@waggingtailor.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.
- In most cases, photos are all we need — no need to ship anything back.
- If a physical return is required, we'll only ask for the cover, not the full bed, and we'll cover return shipping.
Warranty claims are limited to one repair or replacement per bed and cover the original purchaser only (non-transferable). Approved warranty claims are resolved by repair or replacement only — refunds are not offered under this warranty.
