By accessing or using the Wagging Tailor website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.

By using this website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be added to the total price at checkout.
Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be accurate.

3. Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. The available options will be displayed at checkout.
All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada and manage all shipping logistics on your behalf. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date or delivery date, provided the item is in good condition and free from excessive damage, heavy wear, or strong odors.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Customized and final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a free return.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and are therefore final sale.
Please allow additional production time for custom orders.
Wagging Tailor is not responsible for errors in specifications provided by the customer.

7. Product Use and Care

Our products are intended for domestic pets under normal supervised use. Wagging Tailor is not responsible for damage caused by chewing, excessive wear, or unsupervised use.
Care and washing instructions are provided with each product. Damage resulting from improper care or washing is not covered under our returns policy.
