If you are a first time buyer, you will need to purchase both a base bed and an outer cover as they are designed to work together. However if you already own one of our base beds, you can update the look of your bed by simply purchasing a new outer cover and fitting over the existing bed.

Very little! Because our beds are filled with natural wool, we recommend giving your dog’s bed a good fluff and shake from time to time. This helps redistribute the wool and keeps the bed comfortable and supportive.

Some settling is natural with use, so an occasional fluff will help restore the bed’s shape and loft. And if your bed ever needs a little extra cushioning, we offer wool top-up packs to help refresh the filling and keep your dog’s favourite spot feeling cozy for years to come.

We want you and your dog to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return lightly used beds or covers in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds for more information.

Yes — every bed comes with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover pet-related damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care. Please see our Warranty for full details.
