Why you'll love it:
Everything your dog needs in one thoughtfully designed bed. Each complete set includes our signature wool-filled base and a removable, washable outer cover that can be changed with the seasons or to suit your home.
The outer cover:
Ideal for warmer months or dogs who tend to overheat, this cover is part of our Cooling Collection — a lightweight, breathable cotton weave that allows for maximum airflow, preventing that "stuffy" feeling found in foam beds. A fresh, airy update for your home decor, and a relief for your pup on a humid summer afternoon.
Best for: Dogs who run hot, thick-coated breeds, and sunny spots in the home.
What's included:
- 1 Wool-Stuffed Base Bed
- 1 Outer Cover
Why it's different:
- 100% Canadian Wool Core: Naturally regulates temperature, resists odor without chemicals, and holds its shape without sagging (see Why Wool)
- Handcrafted in Ottawa: Each bed is made in small batches to order, not mass-produced
- Effortless Cover Changes: Slides on and off in seconds with a hidden hook and loop closure; no zippers to snag or stick
- Sustainable Choice: Wool is plastic-free, biodegradable, and with basic care can last a lifetime.
Materials:
- Base bed: 100% Canadian wool fill, encased in 100% cotton cover
- Outer cover: cotton
- Badge: vegetable-tanned leather
Care Instructions:
Outer Cover: Remove from the wool-stuffed base. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Re-shape while wet. Line dry.
Wool Base: Spot clean as needed with a mild detergent. For deeper stains, gently rinse the affected area — liquid passes through thanks to wool's natural lanolin. If needed, use a small amount of wool-safe detergent, lather gently for ~20 seconds, and rinse through with water. Dry in sunlight. To freshen, remove the cover and air out in the sun. Do not submerge the entire bed in water. Do not machine wash or dry the wool-filled base.

So happy with this bed! I was looking for a sustainable dog bed made in Canada and this checks all the boxes! I was worried our new rescue pup might not use it because she had started spending most of her time on the couch, but as soon as we unpacked the bed she wanted to lay on it! It's so comfy and I can tell it will be great for both summer and winter. Thank you Michelle!
What a cozy well made bed. As soon as I opened it and laid it down on the floor my little puppy claimed it as her own. She loves to lay on it and will grow into it. Amazing job! The company also has amazing communication and are so helpful. Would definitely recommend.
