Why you'll love it:
Everything your dog needs in one thoughtfully designed bed. Each complete set includes our signature wool-filled base and a removable, washable outer cover that can be changed with the seasons or to suit your home.
The outer cover:
Designed for the active dog and the stylish home, our Classic Collection is crafted from sturdy cotton canvas. This is our most durable cover—the heavy duty fabric ensures it will hold up to "nesting", digging and the daily zoomies, while the refined weave offers a crisp, clean aesthetic that will look great in any room.
Best for: Active dogs, enthusiastic diggers and nesters, and year-round everyday use.
What's included:
- 1 Wool-Stuffed Base Bed
- 1 Outer Cover
Why it's different:
- 100% Canadian Wool Core: Naturally regulates temperature, resists odor without chemicals, and holds its shape without sagging (see Why Wool)
- Handcrafted in Ottawa: Each bed is made in small batches to order, not mass-produced
- Effortless Cover Changes: Slides on and off in seconds with a hidden hook and loop closure; no zippers to snag or stick
- Sustainable Choice: Wool is plastic-free, biodegradable, and with basic care can last a lifetime.
Materials:
- Base bed: 100% Canadian wool fill, encased in 100% cotton cover
- Outer cover: cotton/linen canvas (80% cotton, 20% linen)
- Badge: vegetable-tanned leather
Care Instructions:
Outer Cover: Remove from the wool-stuffed base. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Re-shape while wet. Line dry.
Wool Base: Spot clean as needed with a mild detergent. For deeper stains, gently rinse the affected area — liquid passes through thanks to wool's natural lanolin. If needed, use a small amount of wool-safe detergent, lather gently for ~20 seconds, and rinse through with water. Dry in sunlight. To freshen, remove the cover and air out in the sun. Do not submerge the entire bed in water. Do not machine wash or dry the wool-filled base.

Beautifully made! My dog loves it. Exceptionnal quality. This design is so pretty.
I've been trying to upgrade all our fabrics to natural fibers and that included the pet bed! I was glad to find that this was a wool fibre bed and I love the sage bed cover, the only thing is maybe a zipper rather than velcro as the closure, other than that, it was a great purchase!
Hi Liana, thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you love the wool fiber and the sage bed cover. We choose to use velcro because it gives a nice wide opening for getting the cover on and off easily, plus there’s no zipper for curious pups to get their teeth into! We really appreciate the feedback though and will consider it for future design improvements. Hope your pup enjoys their new bed for many cozy naps to come. 😊
